Hayne's law and Murphy's law
In the field of safety production, there is a famous Hayne rule. It is the invention of aircraft turbine engine, a rule of aviation safety proposed by German Pabs Hayne. The law points out that there are 29 "minor accidents" and 300 "attempted harbingers" and 1000 "hidden dangers" behind each "serious accident". The rule emphasizes two points: first, the occurrence of accidents is the result of quantity accumulation; the two is the perfect system, which can not replace human's quality and sense of responsibility at the practical level. Three
Accordingly, there are 1000 Ruihai International accidents happened 300 times to let the attempted aura "sweat" and 29 minor accidents. If all the staff of the Ruihai International to really pay attention to production safety in detail, then they have at least 300 times the opportunity to discover hidden, do not let the disaster.
The "Murphy theorem" can give us some inspiration. Murphy's law originated from an American captain named Murphy. He thought, "as long as there is an accident, the accident will happen, no matter how small it may be." This tells us that we can't have the slightest idea of any hidden danger, and can't have a chance to get away with a fluke, and destroy the hidden danger in the bud.
